Through our insurance partner, we take out a construction performance insurance to protect the house during the construction period, in line with your building project and your construction sum. This additional insurance offers further protection of unpredictable events.

The construction work directly commissioned by the client or the finishing work carried out by the client (e. g. dry construction work, tiles or painting work) are also insured up to a total value of 20,000€. In addition, damage caused by vandalism, fire, hurricane, heavy rain and many other eventualities is covered.

These additional insurances with cost, which we offer through our insurance partner "VHV-Versicherungen", are intended to insure our clients against damage or defects during and after the completion of their home. 

The side effect of this insurance is that the VHV insists that your house is observed by an expert approved by the VHV. For this reason, our construction warranty insurance provides you with the independent quality assurance during the construction by TÜV or DEKRA. This keeps you in control and you can be sure that everything is done correctly.

The list of performances covered by a building guarantee insurance is long and a good resting cushion. We recommend these insurances and offer them to very favourable conditions.
