revocation of your consent to data processing

Right to data transferability

ssl- or TLS-encryption

This website uses SSL- or TLS-encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or requests that you send to us as the site operator. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the addres line of the browser changes from „http://“ to „https://“ and by the lock symbol in your browser line. 

If SSL- or TLS- encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Within the limits of the applicable legitimate regulations, you have the right at any time to gratuitous information about your stored data, their origin and recipient and the puropse of data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data. Right to restrict processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time at the address given in the legal notice. The right to limit the processing exists in following cases: 

  • If you deny the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the examination, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. 
  • If the processing of your personal data was illegal, you may request that the data processing is restricted instead of deleted. 
  • If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it for the exercise, defence or assertion of legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of deletion.
  • If you filed an objection in accordance with Art. 21 para. 1 DSGVO, you must weigh your interest against ours. As long as it is not yet clear whose interest predominate, you have the right to request that the processing of your personal data is restricted. 

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, such data may not be processed - apart from its storage - only with your consent or for the purpose of asserting, exercising or defending legal rights or protecting the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of an important public interest of the European Union or a Member State. 

3. Data collection on this website

Server Log Files

The provider of the pages atuomatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser  transmits to us automatically. These are:

  • Browser type and browser version
  • Used operating system
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of server request
  • IP address

This data will not be merged with other data sources.

These data are collected on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a justified interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of his website - for this purpose the server log files must be captured.

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form including the contact data you provided will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up question. We do not pass this data without your consent.

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO if your request is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective  processing of the enquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO) or on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO) if this has been requested.

The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request deletion, withdraw your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e. g. after you request has been processed). Mandatory legitimate regulations - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

request by E-Mail, phone or fax

If you contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax, your request, including all personal data (name, request), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We do not pass on this data without your consent. 

This data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO if your request is related to the implementation of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO) and/or on our legitimate interests (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO), as we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of the enquiries addressed to us.

The data sent to us by you via contact requests will remain with us until you request deletion, withdraw your consent to storage or the purpose of data storage no longer applies (e. g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory legitimate regulations - in particular legitimate retention periods - shall remain unaffected.

4. Plugins und Tools

Google Maps (with consent)

This website uses the Google Maps map service via an API. The provider is Google Ireland Limited („Google“), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

To ensure the privacy of this website, Google Maps is disabled the first time you visit this website. A direct connection to Google's servers will only be established if you activate Google Maps independently (consent according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). This prevents your data from being transferred to Google the first time you visit this site.

After activation, Google maps will store your IP address. Usually the IP address is then transferred to s Google server in the USA and stored there. The provider of this page has no influence on this data transfer after the activation of Google Maps.

Only if you have granted the use of Statistic-Cookies in our Cookie-Discaimer,  this website uses MATOMO®, an open-source-software for the statistical evaluation of visitor access. Matomo uses "Cookies", which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how useres use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will be stored on the provider's server in Germany. The IP address is anonymized immediately after processing and before it is stored.
